Garlic Buttered Noodles

1) Boil water in a stock pot for 13 minutes until you see small bubbles.

2) Place your choice of pasta (preferably spaghetti or fettuccine) inside the pot of boiling water, and follow the cooking instruction on the package. Usually, 10-12 minutes of cooking will suffice.

3) When noodles are cooked, Drain it and set aside.

4) Heat a sauce pan in medium heat and add 3 Tablespoons of butter or 2 Tablespoons of olive oil.

5) Add 2 chopped cloves of garlic or 3 teaspoons of minced garlic.

6) Add half of the cooked noodles into the sauce pan. (You can save the other half for another recipe. Store in a zipper plastic bag or container).

7) Next, add 1 Tablespoon of olive oil over the noodles, plus 1 Tablespoon of garlic powder. Stir & Enjoy!
