1) Pick your fruit.

2) Get Creative & slice thin.

3) Arrange it!

Combine 1 Tbsp chia seeds with 1/4 cup of almond or coconut water and refrigerate to form into a gel consistency. Cover and refrigerate for 4 hours or overnight. You can also freeze but be careful since glass can shatter in the freezer (choose mason jars with the wide open mouth or tempered glass i.e. microwavable safe glass). Once the chia pudding is ready, Place thin fruit slices on the inside of the glass and press the slices against the glass to stick as shown. Next, pour smoothie into the glass to create the second top layer. Garnish to your liking and enjoy!
