This was my aha! Moment when I was craving for sweets and resorted to the pantry - I found bags of dried mung beans that I bought a few months ago. The result? A beautiful playdough consistency that I transformed into mini mung bean cakes, which is traditionally enjoyed during the summer in Asia.
